Delivery and installation

We'll get to work on your order and make sure that you receive your Quooker products as soon as possible!

Orders with a total amount over €50 will be shipped free.

If you order for less than €50, you'll pay €10 in shipping costs. 

DPD will email your tracking details prior to delivery with a track & trace code so you can track your package. You can choose the following shipping methods:

• Delivery at home or to another address
• Pick up at a DPD parcel point

Your order will be delivered within 3-7 working days to your chosen delivery address or a DPD parcel point. 

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace code so you can track your package.

Your package will be kept at a DPD parcel point for up to 5 working days. If you do not pick up your order within this period, it will be returned to us.

Your order could be delivered in two parts. If this is the case, you will receive a track and trace code twice. It is likely that the second part of your order will be delivered 1-2 days later.

Did you receive only one track & trace code or has your package still not arrived after 8 days? Please contact us via enquiries@quooker.ie. We will immediately check the status of your order.

Your package will be kept at a DPD parcel point for up to 5 working days. If you do not pick up your order within this period, it will be returned to us.

When you order a Quooker-system via the webshop, you can choose for installation by a Quooker approved engineer or for self-installation.

The costs for Installation by a Quooker engineer are 99 euros per system and can take place within 14-21 days after your purchase.
Once your order is confirmed Quooker installations will contact you within 48-72 hours to schedule an appointment and we will ship your system a few days in advance to your address.
