Cold Water Filter Replacement Reminder
The previous lifespan of a cold water filter cartridge was 6 months. The product has recently been improved and the lifespan has now been extended to 12 months and the price of the cartridge will remain the same.
Unfortunately the in-built timer will still sound after 6 months.
If you press and hold the button on the top of the cold water filter for 15 seconds, you should hear a double- beep and the flashing red light will disappear.This will reset the alarm for a complete 6 months.
Please keep in mind as the cartridges now last 12 months the next time it beeps you should press and hold the button to reset it once more without changing the cartridge.
