• My Flex hose won't pull out or go back in. Installation

The Flex tap hose goes through the spout and hangs down underneath the tap attached to a counter-weight.

If the hose will not fully retract into or out of the spout, it is because the other end of the hose, under your worktop, is snagging on something, preventing it from moving up and down.

Please ensure that the hose has free movement under the tap, this will solve the problem.

  • I have a Flex, but getting no boiling water. Troubleshooting

The Quooker Flex is fitted with a safety cutoff switch, that stops boiling water from being dispensed when the flexible hose is pulled out.

To dispense boiling water, please ensure that the flexible hose is fully retraced into the tap spout.

  • The sparkling and filtered water comes out of the same hose as the boiling water. Is that safe? CUBE

After boiling water has been dispensed, the hose is boiled dry. This means that there is no boiling water left in the hose, so it is possible to dispense filtered chilled or sparkling water immediately after dispensing boiling water.
