  • Does Quooker provide filtered cold water? General

    The Cold Water Filter has been designed to allow you to quickly switch from tap water to cold filtered water. Any new Fusion or Flex will now be able to supply cold filtered water via a single push and turn which when engaged will light the tap ring blue. The water passes through an activated-carbon filter which ensures the water tastes and smells better.

  • Filtered water is running on install. Troubleshooting

    Sometimes, the Cold Water Filter will be set to the ON position when first installed, which causes filtered water to run continually through the tap.

    To rectify this, please do the following:

    Press down on the tap's textured ring and hold down until the LED ring lights up blue, then turn anti-clockwise to dispense filtered water (which is already running). Wait a few seconds then turn the ring back again. The tap should now send a signal to the Filter to stop dispensing water. Do this several times if it doesn't stop the first time.

  • The sparkling and filtered water comes out of the same hose as the boiling water. Is that safe? CUBE

    After boiling water has been dispensed, the hose is boiled dry. This means that there is no boiling water left in the hose, so it is possible to dispense filtered chilled or sparkling water immediately after dispensing boiling water.

  • What is filtered by the CUBE? CUBE

    The CUBE is equipped with an active carbon filter and a hollow fibre filter. Both filters together ensure a better water quality because they filter bacteria, chloride, chemicals and pesticides from the water.
