The Quooker tap's push-and-turn handle doesn't work.

Please contact our service department via service@quooker.co.uk or 0207 9233355 to order a new tap valve. The valve comes with clear instructions and tools to allow you to change it yourself. Alternatively, we can arrange a service visit by one of our engineers who will change the valve and service the Quooker for a fee.
