Ordering and payment
Ordering Quooker-systems, CUBE supplies, service sets and accessories is easily done via the webshop. Here is a brief explanation.
Step 1 - choose your product
In the webshop you can order systems, CO2 cylinders, filters and accessories, you'll also find all the products needed to maintain your Quooker.
Does your Quooker need maintenance? Take advantage of our self-service and see how you can get started yourself.
Step 2 - add to cart & log in
Have you found the product you were looking for? Add the chosen item to your shopping cart and check your order before proceeding to checkout.
Then log in with your email address and password. If you have not created an account yet? Please fill in your details to easily create one.
Step 3 - fill in details and choose shipping
Choose the delivery address where you want your order to be delivered via DPD.
You can choose to have your order delivered to your home or to pick up the package at a DPD parcel point.
Step 4 - payment
Complete your order by paying by card.
After a successful payment you will receive an order confirmation by email.
If you haven’t received an order confirmation email. Please check your junk mail box or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Step 5 - delivery
We are going to work on your order! you will receive a message with the track & trace code closer to the deliver date.
