Return process service articles and accessories

Did you order a service article or accessory and are not satisfied with the product? Or did you receive the wrong product? Complete the following steps and return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Step 1: register the return

Register your return of an incorrectly ordered or received item via www.quooker.ie/register-return.

Please note that this form is not intended for registering the return of a complete set of four empty cylinders. The instructions for returning empty cylinders can be found on this page.

Step 2: confirmation return request

Once your return registration is approved, you will receive confirmation by e-mail within 1-3 business days.

Step 3: send the package

The product must be unused and undamaged and if possible, packed in the original packaging. To arrange collection of your service article or accessory, please send an email to orders@quooker.ie

Use the return label and place it visibly on the outside of the parcel.

Always ask for a proof of shipment and keep it safe.

Step 4: confirmation of the return

Once we have received your parcel you will receive an e-mail within 10 business days confirming your return.

If you have chosen a refund, the purchase amount will be refunded within three business days of confirmation to the bank account used to pay for your purchase.
