Book your routine service appointment today and keep your Quooker tap in great shape for years to come. If you live in a hard water area, it's important to keep your Quooker tap in top working condition by scheduling regular service appointments. Hard water can cause limescale build-up and lead to reduced performance. Our engineers will ensure that your tap is functioning at its best.

A routine service appointment costs €230 inc. VAT. This cost includes a €145 call out charge, and a €85 service charge. 

We will confirm the time of the engineer's visit within 3 days of your booking.

The service charge includes:
- Boiling water tank dismantled, inspected and limescale or debris removed by hand.
- Internal tank gasket replaced.
- All fibre washers replaced.
- Software checked on the tank/CUBE and updated to the latest version.
- Flex hose replaced on tap (Flex tap only)
- Tap cleaned.

Parts:
- Internal HITAC filter replaced (usually €30 inc. VAT)
- Tap aerator replaced (usually €12 inc. VAT)
- Inlet valve inspected and replaced if necessary (usually €35 inc. VAT)

The appointment time chosen indicates what day the engineer will arrive; the confirmed time of arrival will be confirmed within 3 days of your appointment using the email given.
