Where can I find my Quooker's serial number?
The serial number is located on a sticker on the side of the Quooker tank, near the top. It should begin with the letters VC or CC depending on the type of tank. On older models it may be located at the back of the tank.
Does Quooker provide filtered cold water?
The Cold Water Filter has been designed to allow you to quickly switch from tap water to cold filtered water. Any new Fusion or Flex will now be able to supply cold filtered water via a single push and turn which when engaged will light the tap ring blue. The water passes through an activated-carbon filter which ensures the water tastes and smells better.

Does the water boil all day in the tank?
The stainless steel tank with revolutionary patented vacuum insulation and thermos technology holds water under pressure so it does not boil; however, it has all the properties and benefits of fresh boiling water and is held under pressure at 110°C.
What is the Quooker’s daily energy consumption?
When on standby, a Quooker costs €0,05 a day.
Where can I buy a Quooker?
If you are purchasing a new kitchen, you can ask your kitchen supplier to order the Quooker for you or you can use the "Find a dealer" section at the top of our website to find a dealer near you.
The Quooker comes with a standard two-year warranty. Register your Quooker to benefit from this warranty, but also to let us help you more efficiently. Let us know the serial number on your tank and the type of tap you have, and we will be able to provide you with the best possible service.
